Basic Requirements
1.Nationality and Language Background:
Applicants should be native speakers of German from German-speaking countries.
2.Age and Education:
Applicants should be under 60 years old, in good physical and mental health, and capable of meeting the requirements of college-level teaching. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree or above in German-related majors. Degree certificates and relevant authentication documents are required.
3.Teaching Experience:
Applicants should have a minimum of two years of German teaching experience. Relevant teaching certificates, employment records, or recommendation letters should be provided.
Position-Specific Requirements
Language Proficiency:
Applicants should possess native-level German proficiency. holders of Goethe teaching qualification or other recognized language teaching certificates are preferred.
Teaching Ability:
Applicants should be capable of teaching courses such as German listening, speaking, writing, German culture, business German, and other related courses. Applicants should also be able to participate in curriculum design, student assessment, and teaching evaluation.
Cross-Cultural Competence:
Applicants should be familiar with international education concepts and be able to organize or assist in academic lectures, and German cultural exchange activities.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with a master’s or doctoral degree, university teaching credentials, or relevant professional qualifications are preferred.
Prior experience in international schools, universities, or cross-cultural teaching environments is also preferred.
Applicants with basic Chinese listening and speaking skills are preferred.
Experience in guiding students in competitions, academic research, or cultural exchange projects will be considered an advantage.
